Dimensions¶

Dimension parameters are used for dimensioning objects and have to be translated by the partner.

A detailed description of dimension parameters can be found in the ELITECAD manual.

Location¶

Dimension parameters are stored within the config.val files like almost all other parameters.

Use the copy parameter tool to copy the dimension parameters from the global parameters of a language of your choice, e.g. English to the user parameters of your own region/language.
Start ELITECAD and translate the parameters one-by-one if necessary. Make sure you have the correct layer for Dimensioning set. Save the parameters with Record->Save. Keep in mind that this creates a copy, so you need to Record->Delete the original afterwards.
Send your user config.val files (elitecfg folder) to the development team
