The function is used to convert a library part that contains 3D information into a built-in part for the pipe system.

Process

The prerequisite is that the component is drawn with the corresponding 3D information. In order to then incorporate this into a pipe system so that it can be evaluated, the following queries must be answered:
Select model (ENTER = end)

Then the connection points must be specified:
Click 1 connection or ENTER to end {0 connection points defined}

If flanges have already been placed in the component, these connection points are found automatically.

Then the model for the centre lines can be selected:
Select model for centre line (ENTER = end)
