Overview

Piping is an additional module and requires its own codeword.

3D piping allows the construction of complex piping systems. Combined with a database, all fittings are represented in accordance with the standards. The starting point is the routing line, which is provided with the appropriate dimensions and pipe classes and is automatically evaluated. As a result of this construction, a 3D model including all technical data is available. The fittings are parameterised and supported by a database.

The creation of a pipe system consists of the following steps:

1. Draw routing lines
2. Place fittings, flanges, gaskets, ... on the routing lines
3. Generate pipes
4. Generate screwings
